Qualifications: To establish and implement an enterprise knowledge management program so that knowledge is organized, structured, and easily discoverable. Responsibilites: Conduct discovery and inventory of knowledge assets and documentation needs Implement knowledge management framework by migrating documentation into identified repositories and defined information architecture, with appropriate user access applied Evaluate and adopt tools (i.e. enterprise search, Confluence plug-ins, etc.) to enhance knowledge repositories and discovery Establish and monitor KPIs to support the Knowledge Management program Conduct knowledge transfer to employees for maintenance and support of enterprise Knowledge Management program Strategize and implement a training and communication plan to support the Knowledge Management program Pay:40-50/hr Lead and/or support Knowledge Management initiatives Experience: Strong technical background to interact with developers, architects, environment managers, production support teams, etc. Strong technical writing skills to draft, edit, and review system documentation Proficient in Atlassian tools such as Confluence and Jira Experience in establishing and refining KPIs Experience working in a highly regulated environment (financial services industry experience preferred) Experience in establishing an enterprise knowledge management framework or in change management preferred

COMPLETION CRITERIA:
