AV Field Engineer 1 

• CTS & EAVA within 1st year 
• Experience 1+ years prior 
• Networking - General understating of network topologies, IP addressing, computer tools 
• Install – Perform AV installation, rack build, table wiring, pull cable, upload code & firmware, level & EQ speakers 
• Troubleshooting skills and problem solving 
• Travel as needed 

AV Field Engineer 2 

• Certifications: CTS & EAVA, Crestron Programmer 1, QSYS level 1 
• Crestron programming or DSP file creation 
• Experience 3+ years prior 
• Networking – Able to coordinate network requirements with clients, configure network switches for multicast traffic & manage VLANs 
• Drawings – Proficient in creating signal flow diagram, rack elevations 
• AV Design – Able to vet designs for missing/ wrong material 
• Crestron debugging and code adjustments 
• Remote technical support 
• Able to commission and close out projects with little direction 
• Travel as needed 

Senior AV Field Engineer 

• CTS-D, Crestron Programmer 2, QSYS level 2 
• Experience 5+ years 
• Able to create complex DSP audio configuration 
• Crestron programming and GUI for medium complexity systems 
• Networking – Able to coordinate network requirements with clients, configure network switches for multicast traffic & manage VLANs 
• Drawings – Proficient in creating & coordinating full drawing package: Signal flow diagrams, display & equipment elevations, speaker placement, network topology diagrams, conduit requirements 
• AV Design – Able to vet designs for missing/ wrong material and redesign as needed. Create change orders 
• Can maintain a workload of multiple projects simultaneously 
• Remote technical support 
• Able to lead commissioning efforts on large/ complex projects 
• Travel as needed
